Mayke has always been passionate about entrepreneurship and has founded several companies from an early age. Her main drive is to bring innovative solutions to the market.

 

In 2021, Mayke experienced the housing shortage in Amsterdam first hand. She had trouble finding an apartment and therefore lived in a hotel in Amsterdam for 6 months. During this period she met many expats and freelancers who experienced the same problem.

 

She was determined to bring a solution to the market that would benefit both the tenants and hotels. This is how the idea of Hotelshousing was born.

Kirill has over 6 years of experience in the IT industry as a software engineer, project manager, analyst, and small business manager. In any role, he always strives for sustainable, win-win solutions and cares greatly about user experience.

 

Having recently moved to the Netherlands, Kirill has experienced the struggle of finding accommodation in Amsterdam himself.

 

In 2022, he joined the founding team of Hotelshousing as CTO. Now his goal is to build the perfect solution that would make both the tenants and the hotels better off.

As an experienced communications professional, Maxime started her career at The Next Women, supporting women-led startups by organizing a variety of pitch competitions across the globe.

 

Her work for The Next Women planted a seed for a deeply-rooted passion for diversity and inclusion in the startup industry. In 2020 she became the marketing lead at ACE which sparked ambition to become a founder herself.

 

Maxime joined the founding team in the role of CMO to make sure Hotelshousing’s story is being told and heard.
