Terms & Conditions


A. Platform

  1. Our platform provides you with the best deals that meet your requirements.

  2. We have a network of Hotels with which we work very closely. From our years of experience, we exactly know how to match companies with the best suitable Hotels.

  3. The special offers that we’re providing you are set prices between us and our network of hotels. After revealing these offers you can only book these offers with us. 

  4. We’re responsible for the platform, but not for the Travel Experience itself.

  5. We’re not a party to the terms between you and the Hotel. The Hotel is solely responsible for the Travel Experience.

  B. Payment 

  1. When you confirm a booking, you agree to pay the cost of the Travel Experience, including any charges and taxes that may apply.

  2. We are responsible for managing your payments and completing transactions with our Hotel partners.

  C. Policies 


  1. By confirming your booking, you accept the applicable policies as displayed in the booking process. We’ll send you each Hotel's cancellation policy and any other relevant policies (about security/damage deposits, extra beds, breakfast, pets, cards accepted, etc.).

  2. If you cancel a booking or don’t show up, any cancellation/no-show fee and any refund will depend on the Hotel’s cancellation/no-show policy.

  3. Some bookings can’t be canceled for free, while others can only be canceled for free before a deadline which is depending on the policy of the Hotel. 

  D. Limitation of liability

  1. If you think you will not arrive on time, please contact your Hotel and let them know when they can expect you, so they don't cancel your booking. We’re not responsible for any consequences of delays (e.g. the cancellation of your booking, or any fees the Hotel may charge).

  2. As the person making the booking, you are responsible for the actions and behavior (in relation to the Travel Experience) of everyone in the group. 

  3. We don’t make any promises about Hotels’ services (unless expressly stated in these Terms). Making the right choice is entirely your responsibility.


  E. Contractual relationship


  1. When you make a booking, it’s directly with the Hotel. We’re not a ‘contractual party’ to your booking.

  2. Hotelshousing owns and operates the Platform.

  3. Our Platform only shows Hotels that have a commercial relationship with us, and it doesn’t necessarily show all their products or services.

  4. Information about the Hotel (e.g. facilities, house rules and sustainability measures) and their Travel Experiences (e.g. prices, availability and cancellation policies) is based on what they provide to us. The Hotel is responsible for making sure the information is accurate and up to date.
